Common questions
Is my profile really already in your directory?
Yes. We imported licensed therapist data from the public NPI Registry. Your name, credentials, and licensed states are already there. Claiming your profile lets you add insurance, a bio, a booking link, and correct anything that's wrong.
When do I enter a credit card?
Claiming your listing is free. When you activate the founding plan from your dashboard, Stripe collects a card and starts a 14-day trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
It stays visible to patients on a free tier — your name, credentials, and contact info remain. You lose the ability to edit it and the verified badge. Your URL stays yours.
How are licenses verified?
We cross-check against NPI Registry data and the relevant state board. Your verified badge appears on your profile within 24 hours of claiming.
Do you take a cut of patient sessions?
No. We're a directory, not a marketplace. You bill patients or insurance directly. We never touch your revenue.
